We are always actively involved and discussing, development and investment opportunities across the globe, focusing on immediate or ultimate equity investments typically between $100-$300MM. Depending of the nature of the project we are not limited to those value range, we see this as a moving target based on the opportunity and individual risk profile of the project. We look for transactions that leverage our broad, deep, experience in development, operations and commercial optimization of infrastructure assets often by teaming up with like-minded developers and providing support in form of capital and know-how experience.
